Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to ComplyX, a product of Odento Infolabs Pvt Ltd. ComplyX is a digital compliance platform. All services are delivered electronically — there is no physical product shipping.

1. Digital Service

ComplyX is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All features — compliance calendar, document vault, audit trail, integrations, and Neurax AI — are delivered through our web application and mobile applications. There are no physical goods involved in any transaction on ComplyX.

2. No Physical Shipping

100% Digital Delivery

ComplyX does not ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines for physical goods, and no logistics partners. All delivery is electronic and instantaneous upon registration or purchase.

3. Mobile App Downloads

ComplyX mobile applications are available for download from the following platforms:

Google Play Store

Android devices

Download the ComplyX app from the Google Play Store. Delivery is managed by Google's infrastructure. Availability depends on your device compatibility and Android version.

Apple App Store

iOS devices

Download the ComplyX app from the Apple App Store. Delivery is managed by Apple's infrastructure. Availability depends on your device compatibility and iOS version.

App downloads are subject to the terms of service of the respective app store. ComplyX is not responsible for delivery delays or availability issues caused by the app store platforms.

4. Document Delivery

Compliance documents generated or stored on ComplyX are delivered through the following methods:

PDF Generation — Compliance reports, filing summaries, and audit trail exports are generated as PDF files within the platform. Generation is instantaneous and the file is available for download immediately.
Secure Download Links — Documents in your vault can be shared via secure, time-limited download links. Links are generated on demand and expire after the set duration (default: 7 days). Recipients do not need a ComplyX account to download.
Time-Limited Sharing — Shared links can be configured with an expiry date, download limit, or password protection. Once the link expires or the download limit is reached, the link becomes inactive.
Google Drive Sync — If you have enabled the optional Google Drive integration, documents from your ComplyX vault are automatically synced to your connected Google Drive account. Sync is near-instantaneous for newly uploaded or generated documents.

All document delivery is encrypted in transit using TLS. Documents stored in the vault are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

5. Access to Services

Access to ComplyX services is immediate upon registration. There is no activation period, no approval process, and no waiting time for the core platform features:

Account Creation — Instant. Verify your email and start using the platform immediately.
Compliance Calendar — Available immediately after account creation. Add your entity details to auto-generate your filing schedule.
Document Vault — Available immediately. Start uploading and organizing documents right away.
Credit Packages — Alert and AI credits are activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
Integrations — MCA, GST, TDS, and Income Tax integrations can be configured from your account settings after registration.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
