Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on ComplyX, a product of Odento Infolabs Pvt Ltd. The core platform is free for everyone. This policy covers only the optional, paid services: alert credit packages and Neurax AI credit packages.

2. Alert Credit Packages

WhatsApp and email alert credits are sold in predefined packages. Each sent alert consumes one credit. The following refund terms apply:

• Unused Credits — Alert credit packages that have not been used are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us with your order details.
• Partially Used Packages — If some credits from a package have been used, the used portion is non-refundable. The unused balance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the 7-day window.
• Used Credits — Credits that have been consumed by sending alerts are non-refundable. Once an alert is sent and a credit is deducted, that transaction is final.
• Expired Credits — Credits do not expire. There is no time limit on using purchased alert credits.

3. Neurax AI Credit Packages

Neurax AI credits are available as one-time packages or monthly subscriptions. The following terms apply:

• Cancel Anytime — You can cancel your Neurax AI monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Prorated Refunds — Monthly subscription fees are not refunded on a prorated basis. You retain access to your credits for the full billing period you have paid for.
• Used Credits — AI credits consumed for document analysis, insight generation, or anomaly detection are non-refundable.

To request a refund for eligible unused credits, follow these steps:

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider:

• UPI / Wallets — 3 to 5 business days.
• Credit / Debit Cards — 5 to 7 business days.
• Net Banking — 7 to 10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within the stated time, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us at support@complyx.co.in with your refund reference number.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at support@complyx.co.in within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the dispute in good faith.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the governing law clause in our Terms & Conditions.
