Each AI action consumes credits — a compliance query costs 1 credit, an applicability check costs 3 credits, a risk insight costs 5 credits. The free tier includes 50 credits per month.

Yes. Alert and Neurax AI packages are monthly subscriptions with no lock-in. Cancel anytime. Unused credits remain available until the end of your billing cycle.

Yes, 18% GST is applicable on all paid packages as per Indian tax law. GST invoices are provided for every payment.

Yes. Google Drive sync is optional and free. If you enable it, documents are synced to your own Google Drive — you use your own Google storage. ComplyX does not charge for this feature.

Yes. ComplyX integrates with MCA, GSTN, TRACES, DigiLocker, and more — through Sandbox.co.in APIs. Features include company search, GSTIN verification, PAN/DIN verification, e-invoice, and e-way bill generation.

Every action is logged — task created, filed, document shared, vault uploaded, share revoked. User attribution, IP tracking, and timestamps are included. The audit trail is searchable and exportable as compliance evidence. Logs are retained for 7 years.
